A very reliable source disclosed that, JUI (F) received a formal “LOVE” letter from Hamid Khan, the Council for Imran Khan Chief of PTI this morning.
In the intro part of the same, Mr.Hamid Khan tried to Introduce his client and leader too, highlighted Khan’s contribution for Pakistan and Pakistani nation, as usual, he tried to narrate his role in the 1992, world Cup, followed by construction of “Shoukat Khanam Hospital” and lastly the establishment of political party in the country which gained a rapid momentum in the recent general elections throughout Pakistan and formed a coalition government in Khyber Pukhtoon Khawa, beside this his client/leader is respected not only in Pakistan but also in the world and is famous for his integrity and character. His vision is to serve the nation and make Pakistan a model state. He reached to this stage with his own efforts and personnel charisma, not due to hereditary politics as in your case and certain other political leaders.
The entire letter is roaming around a JIRGA PROGRAM with Salim Safi on 3rd August, 2013 where the JUI Chief was guest in the same program. PTI believes that, JUI Chief leveled their leader with lighthearted, malevolent, contumacious and unbelievable, allegation against him, like ha has foreign agenda backed by Jewish lobby.
This is worth mentioning that, in the same program when Salim Safi asked JUI Chief that, on what grounds you are saying this that he is promoting foreign agenda backed by Jews?, his reply was that, he is saying all this on the basis of his own research study and can say it with doubt that, he is working for the promotion of their agenda inside Pakistan. PTI followers believe that, with these remarks, the life of their leader could be in danger, that’s why they thought to serve JUI Chief with a legal notice and objective behind this move could be to put pressure and make him little defensive and conscious or the future.
I am not a legal expert nor knows the ABC of the law, however being having commerce back ground do understand the meaning of agent, if we look the dictionary, the meaning of this word is more than seven, a manager, a mediator, negotiator, representative, cause, means, driving force and lastly but not the least instrument, again if we look at the constitution of Pakistan, it allow individuals and organizations to conduct survey and research on topics of their choice and then in light of the findings make a his opinion about that, THIS IS THE ASSERTIVE RIGHT OF EVERY LIVING HUMAN, we cannot deny this right.
Source also disclosed that, the supreme court of Pakistan, in two different judgments, put a note on record that, when the political leaders in public rallies use harsh language, most of the time they don’t really mean that….if this is true, then these judgments favors political leaders, and here also benefit of doubt goes to them.
