Now Ptcl has decided to buy Warid Telecom which is put on sale now and is owned by Abu Dabi group.
Earlier Zong had taken keen interest in buying out and also submitted bid and now they have backed out due to the business perspective.
Now according to the reports, PTCL has finalized its plan to buy 100% share of Warid telecom and this was surrounding on the last business day in the PTCL.
The deal can go upto 1 billion US dollars while warid is already known for small but loyal customer base and also has most number of postpaid subscribers in the country.
