Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is facing problem on funds which is given from America. The funds have stopped because of internal chaos in the party. This was reported by veteran journalist Shaheen Sehbai and the story was carried by leading Urdu newspaper “Jang”.
According to report thousands of workers and supporters of Tehreek-e-Insaf living US send funds for party but now they have stopped sending money because they feel that their funds are not properly utilized. All the money was sent through proper legal means by PTI worker and supporters. But now these donors want audit of all this money.
However PTI chairman Imran Khan while commenting on this report said that funds send by PTI workers and supporters are always audited and now for this year audit is going on and within few weeks audit report will be finalized. Shaheen Sehbai further wrote that because of this situation it not clear that whether this will affect donation of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital .
