A very reliable source disclosed that, JUI (F) received a formal “LOVE” letter from Hamid Khan, the Council for Imran Khan Chief of PTI this morning.
In the intro part of the same, Mr.Hamid Khan tried to Introduce his client and leader too, highlighted Khan’s contribution for Pakistan and Pakistani nation, as usual, he tried to narrate his role in the 1992, world Cup, followed by construction of “Shoukat Khanam Hospital” and lastly the establishment of political party in the country which gained a rapid momentum in the recent general elections throughout Pakistan and formed a coalition government in Khyber Pukhtoon Khawa, beside this his client/leader is respected not only in Pakistan but also in the world and is famous for his integrity and character. His vision is to serve the nation and make Pakistan a model state. He reached to this stage with his own efforts and personnel charisma, not due to hereditary politics as in your case and certain other political leaders.
The entire letter is roaming around a JIRGA PROGRAM with Salim Safi on 3rd August, 2013 where the JUI Chief was guest in the same program. PTI believes that, JUI Chief leveled their leader with lighthearted, malevolent, contumacious and unbelievable, allegation against him, like ha has foreign agenda backed by Jewish lobby.
This is worth mentioning that, in the same program when Salim Safi asked JUI Chief that, on what grounds you are saying this that he is promoting foreign agenda backed by Jews?, his reply was that, he is saying all this on the basis of his own research study and can say it with doubt that, he is working for the promotion of their agenda inside Pakistan. PTI followers believe that, with these remarks, the life of their leader could be in danger, that’s why they thought to serve JUI Chief with a legal notice and objective behind this move could be to put pressure and make him little defensive and conscious or the future.
I am not a legal expert nor knows the ABC of the law, however being having commerce back ground do understand the meaning of agent, if we look the dictionary, the meaning of this word is more than seven, a manager, a mediator, negotiator, representative, cause, means, driving force and lastly but not the least instrument, again if we look at the constitution of Pakistan, it allow individuals and organizations to conduct survey and research on topics of their choice and then in light of the findings make a his opinion about that, THIS IS THE ASSERTIVE RIGHT OF EVERY LIVING HUMAN, we cannot deny this right.
Source also disclosed that, the supreme court of Pakistan, in two different judgments, put a note on record that, when the political leaders in public rallies use harsh language, most of the time they don’t really mean that….if this is true, then these judgments favors political leaders, and here also benefit of doubt goes to them.

LOS ANGELES: Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck have Las Vegas on edge.
They are the stars of a new film about the murky world of unauthorized online poker that could cast an unwelcome spotlight on a fledgling legal market that Sin City's biggest players are betting on. Timberlake and Affleck are set to walk the red carpet with other celebrities at Caesars Palace next month for the premiere of Twenty-First Century Fox Inc's "Runner, Runner."
In the movie, Affleck plays an online gambling tycoon in Costa Rica confronted by Timberlake, a graduate student who believes he's been swindled by the gaming site.
It is a departure from the run of films like the "Hangover" series and "Ocean's 11" that glamorized casinos and the Las Vegas Strip.
"People very well could get the wrong idea," said John Pappas, executive director of the Poker Players Alliance. "Not all offshore operators are unregulated bad guys. This is a dramatization, let's be clear about that. It shows what could be happening in a worst-case scenario."
Industry groups like the American Gaming Association are preparing advertising and discussion screenings around the film's release, to draw a distinction between its portrayal of the seedy trappings of global online poker, and a federally regulated market they're trying to plug.
A legal, well-supervised market safeguards against fraud and cheating, and increases revenues, its proponents argue.
Vegas' biggest players see online poker as a new market that can offset slowing growth from table-gambling on the Strip. It is a market expected to grow by more than $10 billion in coming years from about $4 billion bet through unauthorized sites as of 2011.
A few states have already begun legalizing Web poker, eyeing the tax revenues the games will bring.
Yet the 2011 U.S. Department of Justice crackdown on foreign operators has left a sour taste in the mouths of many.
"The specifics of the film are not what we're associating ourselves with," said Joe Versaci, chief marketing officer for Station Casino Inc's Ultimate Gaming, the first company to take online bets in the U.S. in the state of Nevada in April. It has applied for a Web gaming license in New Jersey, which is expected to launch online betting in November.
SPIN DOCTORS
The problem for most Vegas operators is they have teamed up with more-experienced poker-game operators overseas, which the film portrays in a sordid light. Caesars tied up with London-listed 888 Holdings Plc. MGM Resorts has aligned with Bwin.Party Digital Entertainment Plc, to name a few.
Offshore poker websites like PokerStars were the forces behind the last online poker boom, starting around 2003. That all changed on April 15, 2011, known in the industry as "Black Friday," when the U.S. Department of Justice indicted the founders of these sites on charges of bank fraud, money laundering and illegal gambling.
The sites were closed to U.S. players, but now tax-hungry states like Nevada, New Jersey and Delaware are passing online gambling laws, re-opening the market.
The American Gaming Association, trade group for the world's big casinos, has decided to spin the movie as part of its lobbying platform for expanded online gaming regulation.
AGA President Geoff Freeman, in an email sent to its board last week obtained by Reuters, plans to argue that the film underscores the risk of a poorly-regulated market.
Both the AGA and Poker Players Alliance have long advocated for a federal online gambling bill allowing for a larger, more uniform market, but efforts in Congress have stalled. Two new federal bills have recently been introduced in Congress as states move ahead to pass their own laws.
Twenty-First Century Fox had no comment on the AGA letter.
"Hollywood has a way of glamorizing everything up to and including vampires. This is a movie that highlights a part of the Internet that has real downside unless governments act," said MGM spokesman Alan Feldman.
Caesars thought long and hard about the risk of being associated with the film. The company plans to soon go live with an online poker site in Nevada and is awaiting approval in New Jersey.
"There was a lot of discussion of whether we wanted to be part of 'Runner, Runner,' but we decided we could draw a nice distinction between the illegal, unregulated world and the regulated market we are advocating," said Tariq Shaukat, chief marketing officer for Caesars.
It was also hard to turn away a chance to have Timberlake on a red carpet, he added..--REUTERS

HARARE - Zimbabwe had their moments where they stretched Pakistan with a confident start in their chase of 162, but tackling the spinners in the middle overs was always going to be the bigger proposition. Pakistan’s spin trio - led by Shahid Afridi - put the stranglehold on the scoring with regular wickets and the hosts found the target rapidly slipping away from them. Once the required rate neared an improbable 12, the final passage of play turned tepid. In both innings, Pakistan found the going tough in the first half of the innings but clawed back in the second. Ahmed Shehzad weathered a sluggish start with a solid half-century that set the base for Shahid Afridi to play his natural game and push Pakistan to a competitive score. The Pakistan seamers struggled to contain the openers, but following a few quiet overs of spin, the momentum shifted. Brendan Taylor was looking to play himself into some form, after a poor series against India, and he didn’t have the time or an attacking partner at the other end to help his side reclaim the edge. After being put in to bat, Pakistan lost their first three wickets inside nine overs, all off questionable shots. Tendai Chatara accounted for the first two, and his second wicket to get rid of Mohammed Hafeez was made possible thanks to a brilliant reflex catch by Taylor. That catch was a good example of Zimbabwe’s fielding in the early part of Pakistan’s innings, but they couldn’t put enough pressure on Pakistan in the second half. Pakistan progressed to a less-than-satisfactory 57 for 3 after ten overs, but the turning point in the innings came in the 12th over. It was Elton Chigumbura’s first and he leaked 17, which included a pulled six by the debutant Sohaib Maqsood and two swept boundaries by Shehzad past short fine leg. Pakistan ensured they maintained that momentum till the end of the innings, picking 75 runs off six beginning from the 12th. Maqsood looked promising in a stand of 55 with Shehzad, pouncing on anything short from the seamers. After pulling Chigumbura over deep square leg, he tried to clear the straight boundary the following ball but was done in by an impressive running catch by Vusi Sibanda. Shehzad’s knock was vital in giving Pakistan a base to build on, which was crucial given the under par scores from the rest of the top order. He managed only one boundary in the first ten overs and began to open up in the company of the confident Maqsood. He was caught on the edge of the long-on boundary for 70, attempting a second six. Afridi, sent in at No.6, made a cameo 23 to give the bowlers a solid score to defend. Sibanda and Hamilton Masakadza helped Zimbabwe race to 35 off five overs - at the same stage Pakistan had already lost two wickets. Taylor said at the toss that Zimbabwe were more comfortable chasing, and the openers certainly gave the impression. Sibanda didn’t look too troubled by Mohammad Irfan’s pace and lift, improvising by arching his back to steer the ball wide of the fielders on the off side. Saeed Ajmal was brought on in the sixth over as damage control. Captain Hafeez reverted to his seamers and Anwar Ali struck in the first over of his second spell when he trapped Hamilton Masakadza lbw attempting to pull a ball that wasn’t short enough. A set Sibanda lost his leg stump to Afridi, staying back to a flat, quicker delivery. Sean Williams was trapped lbw on the sweep, but didn’t appear satisfied with the decision. What Taylor needed was a form partner and the team management probably erred by not promoting Elton Chigumbura. Chigumbura performed better than some of the specialists in the one-dayers against India and when he walked in today Zimbabwe needed in excess of 17 an over. Timycen Maruma, who came in ahead of him, faced 13 balls for ten runs, at a time when Zimbabwe were desperate for a massive surge. The spinners held away and the margin of victory was a comfortable 25 runs.

New Delhi, July 26 (IBNS): In a bizarre incident which occurred under the shadow of repeated Chinese incursions into Indian territory in Ladakh, the Indian Army watched 'Chinese spy drones' violating the country's air space but later found that they were actually Jupiter and Venus planets, media reports said.
The Army watched the 'violations' for over six months into the skies above eastern Ladakh.
"The Indian Army mistook Jupiter and Venus as unidentified flying intruders making nocturnal sorties from China into the skies above eastern Ladakh for over six months until astronomers brought their fears to ground, it has been disclosed," The Telegraph reported.
"Requested by the army, the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, Bangalore, deputed two astronomers to Ladakh earlier this year to resolve the mystery of the two objects that the army had been observing in the sensitive border zone since August 2012," the Kolkata-based newspaper said.
The 'objects' have violated the Line of Actual Control (LAC) 155 times which made the Army take help from the astronomers to unearth the 'mystery'.
"Army personnel had until February 2013 documented 329 sightings of the unidentified objects seen over Thakung near Pangong Tso, a high-altitude lake shared by India and Tibet," The Telegraph reported quoting sources.
"The astronomers have concluded that the object observed from Point 4715 is Jupiter as the observations coincide with the planet’s diurnal motion and the apparent motion of the object due to the rotation of the Earth.
"The description of the second unidentified object that appeared early in the morning suggests that it is Venus, which is currently moving behind the Sun and will in the coming months appear as an evening object," the newspaper said.
This year, Ramadan will take place during summer, and indeed it will remain in this season for the next couple of years to come, according to astronomic calculations. Hot summer temperatures inevitably increase thirst during the daytime.
The quality of food that a fasting person eats plays a major role in their ability to withstand thirst during the hours of fasting. For this reason, the following advice should help you to overcome feelings of thirst:
Avoid eating very spicy food, particularly at Suhoor, because you will need to drink large quantities of water afterwards.
Drink small quantities of water sporadically during the night.
Be sure to eat some fresh vegetables and fruit at night and at Suhoor, as these foods contain plenty of water and fibre, which remains in the stomach for a relatively long time, reducing feelings of hunger and thirst.
Use lemon rather than salt in salads to avoid the many health problems generated by excessive salt consumption. Lemon adds a particular taste to food that enables you to avoid salt.
Don’t eat rich, salty foods like salted fish and pickles, as they increase the body’s need for water.
Don’t drink vast quantities of water – there is a common misconception that drinking large quantities of water at Suhoor will prevent you from feeling thirsty during the fast. This is a false belief, as such quantities of water are beyond the body’s needs, and as a result the kidney will only carry out its processes a few hours after drinking.
Over-indulging in certain kinds of drinks including juices and sodas is harmful for the stomach and can cause digestive problems. Some people drink iced water when starting Iftar, but rather than quenching our thirst, this rather generates vasoconstriction and weakens our digestion. For these reasons, the water temperature should be moderate, and we should drink gradually rather than all at once. Washing our food down with water is not a good idea, as it does not give us a chance to digest it, and our food should also be chewed well to ensure good digestion.
In addition to the above, it is advisable to avoid industrially produced juices containing artificial colourings and large quantities of sugar, as nutritionists have proven that these can cause health problems and allergies in kids. Therefore, it is best to replace these with fresh juices.
The director general of Saudi Arabian Airlines, Khalid al-Melhem, responded to recent criticisms and threats to ban his airline from U.S. airports for allegedly violating federal law by "discriminating" against Israelis and Jews. He noted there is no political relationship between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Israel.
“If there is an absence of political relations between [Saudi Arabia] and any other country, we will not allow that country’s citizens into the kingdom,” Melhem told Saudi’s Al-Watannewspaper. “[Diplomatic relations] also apply to transit passengers… in case the plane is delayed, the passenger will have to enter the country; and at that point, it would be very difficult to let him into [Saudi] if there are no diplomatic relations.”
Earlier this week, New York Public Advocate Bill de Blasio condemned the Saudi airline’s decision not to allow Israelis on board and said that it was “racial discrimination.” He warned that he would work to ensure the Saudi airlines does not land in American airports.
“No city in the world has closer ties to Israel than we do, and yet Israeli citizens are being discriminated against right here at JFK [airport]. It’s not only illegal; it’s an affront to who we are,” De Blasio said in remarks carried by local media.
He added that he “will act to make sure they’re excluded from United States airports, starting with JFK” if the airline does not change its policy.
“We won’t stop with just exposing these practices. We’ll pursue this with authorities in Albany and in Washington until Israeli nationals’ rights are respected.”
According to various reports, Blasio sent a letter to Melhem informing him that he has two options: either review his airline’s policies or work in compliance with international aviation laws, which – the NY official added – do not tolerate discrimination.
